Balancing The Budget Under The Heavy Scales Of Libra, Eugenics Based Healthcare, Boom Or Bust For Pluto In LeoPosted by: admin in Alternative Innergies, Astrology, tags: Boomers, Budget, John Anthony West, Libra, Obamacare, Shutdown
Just as The Boomers are about to enter the golden age, when all of their hard earned, SS credits ripen, the government shuts down. If you were born on the fringe of that generation, say, 1948, you’d be hitting 65 now. That magic number. And yet, things aren’t as they seem and there’s a good chance they might not be and even though SS payments should, theoretically continue to be made, there’s no guarantee that this will be the case moving forward. The last time the gov shutdown was 1995, but as Lou Reed once said, “those were different times.” We were just about to head into the full cups of the Clinton administration, when the Fed started driving down interest rates and Glass-Steagal was unleashed like a virus that would have unintended consequences on the economy. But those were different times. Champagne wishes and caviar dreams. Ironically, “Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous” ended when the shutdown occurred back in ’95.
This could not have happened at a less auspicious time as we get closer and closer to the Cardinal Square in November and the heavy-duty, Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio, coming at us and then there’s ISON. We’re going to talk about ISON in just a bit.
Libra is supposed to be about balance, symmetry, justice and all that. What were seeing as a result of the shutdown is not something that is imbalanced, but balanced in such a way that the chains on the scale are about to snap.
On one side, we have the ACA or “Obamacare” a leviathan of an institution that will change the shape of the USA rapidly over the months and years to come. Not only is it more expensive than your original policy, but the quality of care has yet to be established per the guidelines of Obamacare. I have a long held belief that this is a way to manage the population out and that only the wealthiest will be able to afford the type of care that only the best and unfettered money can buy. At the upper .5%, it’s already happening.
It’s either a long line of clones, or the elite have found ways to immunize themselves against the most virulent plagues of our time, including cancer. When was the last time you heard of someone rich and perhaps famous getting really sick and going down for the count? How long has Henry Kissinger been around? The Queen? Soros? Rockefeller? Even some of the younger minions like Hilary, Bill, GW, Boxer, Feinstein and Pelosi seem to evade major maladies. The USA has 300 out of every 100,000 people die of cancer every year. That’s not just getting it. That’s dying. I’m betting that 4-500 out of every 100,000 actually get cancer. Anyway, one would think that as a percentage of the population that the global elite might suffer the same fate as the rest of us, but when was the last time you heard of someone incredibly wealthy and famous getting cancer in political circles? It almost never happens, unless you happen to be the unfortunate wife of a skirt chasing pol, like Newt Gingrich or John Edwards.
I guess what I’m saying is, is that the fix is in, and we’re on the outside looking at it.
But the fact of the matter is, is it’s going to get worse, not better. The health care bill was penned by insurance companies and eugenicists. Ezekiel Emanuel, brother of Rahm was a deep advisor to the ACA. This is the cornerstone of his belief system, taken from “”Principles For Allocation Of Scarce Medical Interventions”;Strict youngest-first allocation directs scarce resources predominantly to infants. This approach seems incorrect. The death of a 20-year-old woman is intuitively worse than that of a 2-month-old girl, even though the baby has had less life. The 20-year-old has a much more developed personality than the infant, and has drawn upon the investment of others to begin as-yet-unfulfilled projects…. Adolescents have received substantial substantial education and parental care, investments that will be wasted without a complete life. Infants, by contrast, have not yet received these investments…. It is terrible when an infant dies, but worse, most people think, when a three-year-old child dies, and worse still when an adolescent does.”
“Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years. Treating 65-year olds differently because of stereotypes or falsehoods would be ageist; treating them differently because they have already had more life-years is not.”
“Ultimately, the complete lives system does not create ‘classes of Untermenschen whose lives and well being are deemed not worth spending money on,’ but rather empowers us to decide fairly whom to save when genuine scarcity makes saving everyone impossible.”
“When implemented, the complete lives system produces a priority curve on which individuals aged between roughly 15 and 40 years get the most substantial chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get chances that are attenuated”
“Every favor to a constituency should be linked to support for the health-care reform agenda. If the automakers want a bailout, then they and their suppliers have to agree to support and lobby for the administration’s health-reform effort.”
Consider me quaint and old fashioned, but the idea of expending resources to save the life of a six-year-old, seems like a good thing to do.
What’s fascinating about that model is that inherently, the logic is clear, cruel and concise. It’s also balanced, but balanced in a way that a machine might self-monitor it’s own levels. It’s, well, very Libran, but as I mentioned in my last post on Libra, it’s mechanical, just like the scales themselves. On the surface there’s an argument based on a fictional lack of resources that sounds, well sound. But this is the tumorous growth of the evolutionary Darwinian, psychopathology, only the strong, most worthy and fittest survive. (By the way, if you want to hear a terrific riff on “The Cult Of Darwin” listen to me and national treasure, John Anthony West on the Friday FARcast at the bottom of this post).
Out of this weird fusion of Darwinian social evolutionary determinism, and the fluid state of subjective morality, what we have is a world where principles have displaced sacred law and golden rules. Principles are not absolute. They can be applied and adhered to, but there is no price to pay for them being violated or ignored entirely. I guess that’s why tolerance is so popular. In a principle based world, where there’s the slide rule of moral equations put into play, where a priestly cast of allopathic druids play creator, the miraculous, the loving, the young and old face of God can deemed defective and a drag on the efficiency of the machine.
These were the architects of Obamacare, if not line for line, or code for code, certainly in spirit or the lack thereof. While we automatically assume that “constitution” refers to the document that founded and grounded US Inc., it also refers to health, or “the physical health and condition of a person or animal” (Miriam-Webster). Ironic isn’t? The Declaration of Independence states that, “All men are created equal” but the lords of Obamacare have re-framed this as “All men are created equal, but their value is not necessarily equivalent. This is where we are, the slippery slope of life being determined by actuarials and committees. While the common and popular narrative is now a bunch of rich, old, white, fat cats, with their feet on their desks and cigars in their mouths are shutting the country down, the fact of the matter is that nothing happens in a vacuum and there is the push/pull, the yin/yang, the light and shadow of the puppet play. There are no partisan politics anymore, only the cunning of thieves trying to maintain the status quo while they figure out how to manage us out. It doesn’t matter how it happens. Play the race card, enflame the masses. Split the atom, divide and conquer.
The rancor is palpable and the manipulation clear. We see the Republicans as the party of not just the right, but the white. It’s all the fault of the Teapartiers! The real Tea Party, the true nexus of it was astroturfed and subsumed rather quickly. Scott Brown, the most liberal Republican ever, had no problem riding the waves of the Tea Party associations all the way to D.C. in his pick-up, but once he got there, he voted with Obama and the left on a consistent basis. Marco Rubio was another Tea Party scammer. So was Alan West. The unstrained portion of the Tea Party are dyed-in-the-wool, “Constitutionalists.” The only thing the Tea Party that exists in Washington is the stain of the carpetbaggers who used genuine sentiment to get elected and then turned their back, like they always do, once they are taken to a room and shown the Kennedy assassination video with silence and smiles afterwards. These imposters, these body snatchers, these pod people are now the national symbol of petulance, regressive politics and even racism.
On the other hand, the polarization is complete in the picture of the Rainbow Coalition standing firmly behind their commander-in-chief as he calls out the demons of division. It’s a weird and distended version of Libra, again, trying to work out the eternally conflicted and often exploited race issue in America. It’s a strange imbalance that is equally weighted on both sides of the scale.
Unfortunately, I don’t think this is going to end well. You see, in less than sixty days, it’s reported that the US will have a major, nationwide blackout drill and while it’s still a ways off, if for some reason the country is still in shut down mode when the lights are switched off, it could get very, very edgy, especially if there are less services available. The last time this happened, it lasted 21 days. That would put it out at the end of October. Saturn will be at 13 degrees Scorpio at the end of the month. The Sabian Symbol for that degree is, “Telephone Lineman At Work Installing New Connections.” What new connections will emerge after the once greatest country in the world is back up and running after the lights come back on and the government is back in business?
My greatest concern has to do with our National Parks as it relates to Agenda 21. This would be a perfect scenario for TPTB to seize control of them by never opening. Now I am not saying that this will occur, but we have to take this into consideration, because quite frankly, we’re un unchartered territory. From a socio-economic perspective, this is nothing like 1995. The stakes are much, much higher.
So here we are, going deeper and deeper into Libra, the budget’s not balanced. People are being pushed further and further into their ideological gulags, convinced that they are right and the other side is horribly wrong, usually on unsound moral and philosophical grounds. The generation that this will impact the most of course, will likely be “The Boomers” because based on Zeke Emanuel’s, medical quota system, 60+ doesn’t get the same care as 40-. So if this leviathan of a bill and paradigm goes through, they’ll have to deal. If it doesn’t, then other government related services could be at risk for them as well. In either case, it’s definitely not a win/win on either front. And I haven’t even gotten into Comet Ison yet. I’ll do that in my next installment in a few, short days. In the meantime, if you are Boomer and you’d like to hear more about your generation, you can see my interview with the talented Regina Meredith, over at Gaiam.tv, where you can sign up for a free ten-day-trial and watch this, my other video on the Millenials (Pluto in Scorpio) and a whole host of other superb and enlightening content at Gaiam.tv.
