Hathor est Niburu?

Healthcare or whatever passes for Healthcare passed on 3/22/10. Knowing the penchant for numerology when it comes to these sorts of things; 9/11, 4/20, 7/7, 3/22 was looming large. I kept wondering if it would go down on 3/21 or if they would string it out until 3/22. Sure enough, they did. It passed late Sunday night/early Monday morning, thrusting it into the 3/22 timezone. Twenty-two is the number of the master builder, four, the square foundation of the pyramid. Three is the trinity of body/mind/spirit, or animal/human/god, the tripartite aspect of our nature. Add’em up and you get “seven” of course. The day abounds with symbolic meaning. Those of you that know about The Georgia Guidestones, might be interested in knowing that they were erected on, 3/22/80. Pretty interesting eh? That makes six. Six plus seven is 13, which of course is reduced to four and there we are again.

Jay Weidner has done some pretty interesting stuff around these dates and The Guidestones and connects March to Mars and Aries, the god of war in Greece, is right at home in Mars. Aries is related to Aryan and when we look at the new Healthcare bill and The Guidestones together, well you get the high strangeness. You see, The Guidestones have population reduction at their core. They call for a population under 500,000,000 for the entire world. Obamcare has been “guided” by the likes of Zeke Emmanuel and John Holdren, both of whom have been noted for their fondness for population management and there are hints that IBM and other data gathering giants were also helped in writing the legislation. Then there’s the echo of The Census. Guess what happened before the rise of the Third Reich? You got it. Census. IBM was there too. They had to have genetic profiles. That’s so deeply Aryan or Martian.

So we have Healthcare, The Georgia Guidestones (same day), Eugenics and The Census. Get the feeling something odd is in the air?

Lately, during one of those late night/early morning Youtube blackholes I get sucked into, I stumbled across some pretty fascinating photos and video of what appears to be something near the Sun. The peeps taking said film and video are surmising that this could indeed be Niburu, “The Winged Fury.” If you’re not already familiar with Niburu, it resides in Ursa Major. It has an elliptical orbit around our Sun and Earth of 3,600 years. The last time it would have touched our planet would have been around 1600 BC, when all hell broke loose. In 1570 BC, Moses led the exodus of his people out of Egypt, where the Nile filled with blood and water they could not drink. This would sync up with Niburu’s last pass through.

I recently discovered something called “The Kolbrin Bible.” I cannot attest for the authenticity of the work, but according to Marshall Masters, a former science correspondent for CNN, who sells copies of the book on his website, it’s supposed to be a compendium of ancient text from Egypt, that is fairly biblical, replete with morality tales, death, destruction, and a detailed description of a cataclysmic event that according to Mathers and researcher, Greg Skinner was not just a one time event. You see, “The Kolbrin Bible” also has a Celtic component to it and there are similarities between the Celtic passages and “Lord Of The Rings.” Mathers posits that Tolkien was likely familiar with the Kolbrin texts and based on the research of both, wrote “The Lord Of The Rings.” According to Mathers, Niburu, “The Winged Fury” is winging it’s way back to us.

Do the photos culled from various sources reveal it’s existence? Are chemtrails being used to cloud it’s very presence from us? Is that why Bill Gates is funding a massive seed vault in Svalbard? Are the stories about a city beneath The Denver in fact truth and are the so-called elites preparing themselves for a catastrophic end time with underground fortresses?

Mathers got interested in this subject when he would fly over the polar ice caps frequently to do business in Russia. As time wore on, he witnessed the ice sheath crack and break apart. As a science reporter, he tried to find the truth behind global warming, What he found through some leg work with his colleagues, was the the temperature was heating up across the face of very planet in the solar system and that global warming was more like solar or even galactic warming. This led him towards the long elliptic of Niburu. Here is a brief passage from “The Kolbrin Bible” as to the power and wrath of Niburu.:

Charting a prodigy.

Tonight night on FAR, I’ll be speaking with Gentill Abdulla, a thirteen-year-old from Texas, who has developed some pretty interesting theories around time travel and the hardware in order to do it. I discovered Gentill’s theories a few months back and we’ve had some contact between us. He not only agreed to come on FAR, but also let me do his chart which is pretty darned interesting.

He’s a Libra Sun, with an Aquarius Ascendant and an Aquarius Moon conjunct his ascendant. He’s obviously forward thinking and precocious with the energy of the water bearer directed outwards as his personal expression but his 12th house is where the action. He was born when Uranus was at zero degrees Aquarius. It’s conjunct with his Neptune in Capricorn also in house 12. So here we have two of the most transpersonal planets combining their energies in the house which I see as the gateway to the soul. Uranus in Aquarius is radical and brings change in a lightning swift fashion. Neptune in Capricorn to me, speaks to the liquid essence of time. As I have noted in previous posts, Capricorn/Saturn/Chronos/Cronus rules time. When Pluto shifted into Capricorn, our experience of time also shifted as well. On the heels of the powerful Chilean quake, the Earth did andtime changed as well, with the days now being slightly shortened. Even though the change was miniscule based on our perception of time, for the planet, this was incredibly significant. If we apply chaos theory to the time loss, we might be able to assume that probable outcomes based on a pre-quake time line will be altered now. The quake is a physical manifestation of the Pluto/Capricorn shift in time.

In Gentill’s 12th house, Neptune in Capricorn gives time a much more fluid capacity. He is part and parcel of a generation that will inherently view time differently. In essence, Gentill will not be alone in his perceptions on time and reality and when enough people hold a particular thought or concept long and deep enough, it becomes integrated into our consensual reality.

Both Neptune and Uranus work in tandem at the gates of inspiration of the 12th house. These are direct conduits to a realm that is timeless. Gentill is likely receiving direct inspiration and guidance around concepts of time based on the conjunction of the two. Of course, the flip side or shadow to this alignment would also be a layer of deception, particularly with Neptune. As Gentill moves forward, it will be essential for him to make sure that his calculations and perceptions are as tight and fact based as possible.

The Moon/Ascendant/Uranus conjunction is also noteworthy as The Moon is also a key player in time, tides, cycles, lunations, and pre-gregorian calendars. The Moon in Aquarius is detached, perceptive and emotionally progressive and on The Ascendant it offers a unique combination of feeling and perception, following hunches and intuition, but in a transpersonal manner–it’s like experiencing collective motions, emotions and cycles through the self.

Gentill’s Sun is in the 9th house, which follows nicely along traditional astrology that would see an individual with a 9th house Sun as leaving their place of birth to travel to a new home at a great distance. Gentill was born in Ethiopia and as previously mentioned, now resides in Texas.

Mercury, the planet of travel, communication and the intellect is right at home in sharp, critical and inventive Virgo. Sitting right on the cusp of house 8/9 it straddles the realm of psychological depth and elevated perception. Squaring Saturn and Neptune, Gentill will be challenged to be thorough and flesh his ideas out fully.

Pluto in Sag at one degree in house ten is obviously going to be a big player in his chart throughout his life. He’ll be on a deep and transformative quest for truth and will likely have the patience to endure any number of challenges as Pluto trines Natal Saturn in Aries, giving some patience and the ability to work long hours, driven by Saturn and a singular vision.

Currently, he has three, pretty interesting transits taking place. Neptune will trine his Sun up through December, 2011. He’ll be driven by idealism and the desire to help and serve on a larger level. Saturn trines Uranus until August of this year. Again we Chronos/Cronos collaborating with Ouranos or Uranus. Long cycles lap up against synchronistic and quantum perspectives. Add in the mighty Jupiter/Pluto trine that takes place up to 2011, bringing in energies of social reform and we see an incredibly advanced series of transits for a thirteen-year-old.

Will Gentill Abdulla really break through the time barrier and join the likes of John Titor and Preston Nichols in the ranks of time traveling lore?

Only time will tell.

Belated happy birthday Nicola.

I seem to be buzzing back and forth between the blog and Facebook more than ever before and while I won’t ever abandon the blog, information seems to want to come through in real time now; dialog, share, expand, extrapolate, enlighten. Just as the internet has facilitated rapid evolution in information sharing, environments within the internet are taking that speed to quantum levels. Facebook and even Twitter are viral agents of information gathering and sharing. Blogs still have the ability to allow us to build ideas, cases, presentations, etc, but they are like billboards on the side of the information superhighway now. They serve a purpose, but they’re not the only way of communicating. In the case of Michael Jackon’s Memorial, bot hTwitter and Facebook served as real time agents of commentary–at least for me.

A reader (Momo) recently took me to task about my info and presentation on Nikolai Tesla, whose birthday is today (7/10/1856). He claimed that A) I was Mad. B) Had my information wrong. C) Was championing Edison over Tesla. First of all, I most certainly would qualify as “mad” with some people, so I don’t take any umbrage over his assertion of my overall mental condition. My information was not wrong, only slightly off and I thank him for his correction. Lastly I was not celebrating Edison over Tesla. I was simply trying to give some context about who Edison was. It was his birthday after all AND I was trying to work Tesla into the story. So at the risk of more bashing and questioning my sanity here is a sort of reprisal of Tesla, the man and his life, through his chart.

Here is the line that caused Momo to question my sanity; “It’s a fascinating account of how Tesla plays the role of a dark mage, incorporating the crystal skull technology into the energetic field of Atlantis and as a result, opens up an inter-dimensional gateway,” If Momo had read the entirety of my post instead of frantically trying to find errors in my reporting, he would have noticed that I was referencing Patricia Cori’s work from Atlantis Rising. As some readers might know, Patricia is a friend and I find her work both fascinating and important. She has been working with the Sirian high council for a number of years (lifetimes?) and her work up until her soon-to-be released, Where Pharaohs Dwell has been channeled. In Atlantis Rising Cori and her Sirian sources relate the details of Tesla’s first incarnation on Earth as a multi-dimensional mage, who not only brought power and technology to Atlantis, but was also deeply complicit in it’s downfall, by using “crystal skulls” to tear a a hole into this dimension, which allowed yet more nasties into this realm and eventually sunk the legendary land. So, had Momo correctly read what I was writing, he could have questioned Patricia’s sanity, not mine, but then he would have to deal with The Sirians and they could hack his timeline in a Luxor minute if they wanted to, so Momo should tread lightly or he’ll be emptying animal fats at a soap factory in Belgrade without knowing it. What is the goal?

Ghostly images of soccer matches played in empty stadiums in Mexico scream of meme. Where are the crowds? The people? The humans? Remember them? While the idiotic match played on, the only live witness captured on video was a lone mascot in the stands, some indiscernible mammal was the stand in for the natural world, a cartoonish double, a grim symbol of our precarious connection to nature.

Last week, pre-Swine Flu, a good friend had recently re-connected with me. She is currently working on a screenplay, and she wanted me to cast a chart for the main character of her film. I thought it was a novel and great idea. Her characters name? Myth Swinborn can you say “swine-born?” I just made this connection tonight when we exchanged emails. Is The Swine Flu, the tale for public consumption being told to the masses a myth? Controversial journalist, Wayne Madsen thinks so and so do others. The gene jumping that this flu has done is nothing short of freakish, combining Swine Flu, Avian Flu and at least two strains of human flu. Madsen is convinced that the flu was cooked up somewhere other than a mutant porcine host.

In the last, interesting, amusing and eliptical (thanks Tessa) tale of creation intervention by god-like aliens, we looked briefly at what Zoosh/Robert Shapiro and others have called. “The Custodial Race.” I posted the question, “who are they and what the hell are they doing?”

Some might be familiar with the noirish, sci-fi classic, “Dark City” directed by Alex Proyas. In the film, mankind is asleep and a strange group of manipulative bad guys with bald heads put people in a trance during a perpetual night, then dramatically re-shape the landscape and the buildings, while assigning new identities and lives for everyone, so that when they awake, they have new memories for lives they have not yet lived. It’s an incredibly dramatic example for what we’re talking about, but just as applicable.

In John Carpenter’s low-budget classic, “They Live” a race of grotesque aliens operate secretly behind the scenes, while most of humanity is in a trance. It’s only when a stranger, played by Roddy Piper rolls into town and finds a pair of sunglasses that allows him to see the aliens without the mask of flesh that conceals their true identity. If we’re looking at cinematic portrayals, a fusion of these two examples might begin to explain the role and presence of such a custodial race.

One of the aspects we have looked at regarding Pluto in Capricorn is the rise of the corporatocracy, which is a stratification of management and their decisions, supporting the fusion of government and business. Mussolini was a huge fan of this model. He called it “fascism.” We looked at how the government at a federal level has intertwined with business, especially Wall Street to create something quite unfamiliar to the most fiscally conservative types. Tim Geithner moves between Wall Street and Pennsylvania Avenue like a shape-shifter, one moment listening deeply to big money interests, then pushing for record-breaking borrowing, which will ultimately trickle back down to those same interests in some form, without them ever being on the hook. Blake’s vision of the flood.

“Mix the heart of the clay that is over the abyss,
The good and princely fashioners will thicken the clay,
You, [Nammu] do you bring the limbs into existence;
Ninmah [earth-mother or birth goddess] will work above you,
The goddesses [of birth] .  . . will stand by you at your fashioning;
O my mother, decree its [the newborn's] fate,
Ninmah will bind upon it the image (?) of the gods,
It is man . . . . ”

The above is from the Sumerian creation poem, The Epic Of Gilgamesh. It’s directive of Enil aka Ea describing how he would create a new species in order to do the dirty work That new species is likely us. The original hu-mans in the guise of Adam and his brood lived to the ripe 900’s. Seems like Enki did his job a little too well and as a result, they (likely The Annunaki of Niburu) decided to hit the reset switch and that took shape in the great flood. Ultimately it is Enlil who creates the dreaded flood because the noise of the hu-ans had become too much. Again, from “The Epic” we have the hero of the tale, Utnapishtim (likely Noah) recounting to Gilgamesh, the narrator of the poem how he was warned by Enki/Ea;

“Utanapishtim spoke to Gilgamesh, saying:
‘” will reveal to you, Gilgamesh, a thing that is hidden,
a secret of the gods I will tell you!
Shuruppak, a city that you surely know,
situated on the banks of the Euphrates,
that city was very old, and there were gods inside it.
The hearts of the Great Gods moved them to inflict the Flood.
Their Father Anu uttered the oath (of secrecy),
Valiant Enlil was their Adviser,
Ninurta was their Chamberlain,
Ennugi was their Minister of Canals.
Ea, the Clever Prince(?), was under oath with them
so he repeated their talk to the reed house:
‘Reed house, reed house! Wall, wall!

O man of Shuruppak, son of Ubartutu:
Tear down the house and build a boat!
Abandon wealth and seek living beings!
Spurn possessions and keep alive living beings!
Make all living beings go up into the boat.
The boat which you are to build,
its dimensions must measure equal to each other:
its length must correspond to its width.
Roof it over like the Apsu.” “

Here, it is clear that Enki/Ea breaks with his clan and gives direct guidance to Noah and instructs him on how to get the hell out of Dodge. Interestingly enough, Enlil eventually lifts up this heady survivor after initially punishing him and as a result, Utnapishtim/Noah is ultimately venerated by the gods themselves.

What was the flood and why is it so popular across a number cultures as a main theme in their creation myths? If there were other outposts of culture and commerce like Meso-America and The Mayans, as well as The Chinese, where according to Will Hart in his book, Genesis Earth those cultures also experienced an explosion of growth, literally overnight, with many of the same creation themes at the core of their stories, then perhaps the flood was not merely just an overflow of the Tigris and Euphrates, but a planetary event brought on by the immense, destructive power of some force that caused tectonic shock waves across the globe, resulting in enormous tsunamis that swallowed land whole. In fact there are at least 150 different versions of the flood told by various cultures throughout the world. When the waters recede and our Noah character begins anew (Anu) life and lifespans are very, very different. They rapidly became the age/life spans that roughly correlate to our life spans today.

One of the more interesting, modern parallels of “The Epic” is curiously enough retold by L. Ron Hubbard in Battlefield Earth. Remember, Hubbard was an occult adept who worked sex magic with Jack Parsons, Crowley’s man in America and JPL’s young, jet engine genius. The two of them performed “The Babalon Working” where they used Parsons’ wife as sexual portal to summon a “moonlet” (inter-dimensional being) into form and it’s likely where Hubbard got his download for Dianetics which would include aspects that are very similar to the characters and plotline of Battlefield Earth which involves a race of space miners that descend upon Earth in order to mine . . . you guessed it, gold. The main alien character in Hubbard’s novel seems to be a manifestation of both Enki and Enlil. The movie version, which stars John Travolta is so bad, it’s actually quite memorable and worth seeing.

We’re now going to move on from Mesopotamia and Sumer to explore the concept of mortality and immortality in the next great epoch and civilization, Egypt.

EDITOR’S NOTE Abra, a frequent reader and commenter mentioned Atlantis and it is my belief that Atlantis is not directly related to the period we’re covering here and in fact, it is also of my opinion that whatever forms we assumed in Atlantis, might look very different than the earthsuits we inhabit today. I’ll get back to Atlantis at some point as it relates to the concept of a custodial race that governs most of the activity, here on Ea’s place.

Don’t mess with Mister E! (Enlil)

I tell ya, having Mars in Pisces going retrograde in my fourth house has not been very favorable when it comes to moving forward and getting things set up on the homefront in my new life–slogging backwards through memory and time, box-by-box, waiting for AT&T to finally connect me up to this new fangled world wide web thing.

It’s getting close with Mars now moving forward towards martial Aries, repeat, martial, not marital Aries.

So I apologize if my series on longevity is taking longer (hey a new way to practice longevity!) than I would like. That said, let’s quickly recap where we’ve been so far:

• We began by looking at the epic ages of The Bible, starting with Adam (930) and his equally aged progeny.

• Based on creationist time, we saw this as around 4,500 to 3,500 BC.

• This coincided with the cusp of the ages of Gemini (the wheel) and Taurus (agriculture).

• This roughly coincided with the rapid rise of Mesopotamia the fertile crescent (Tigris and Euphrates).

• The creation myth which tells the story of this period is The Sumerian poem, The Epic Of Gilgamesh.

• Two figures emerge as pivotal characters in “The Epic.” Enki/Ea and his brother (some say half brother) Enlil.

• They are roughly given charge of the planet and Enki’s role was to theoretically create a slave caste to mine for gold.

• Sitchin and others have theorized that the brothers were Annunaki from Niburu.

• Enki governed land and sea, including all fluids like semen and beer. He was licentious and loved his new race–maybe too much.

• Enki, due to his land/sea connection becomes associated with the constellation, Capricorn (sea goat) very early on.

• Enlil as we shall see, ruled the skies and became the wrathful and vengeful deity that demanded strict obedience and even worship.

• Enlili was put in charge of managing the operation.

Back in the mid-nineties, I was really drawn to the work of Barbara Marciniak. I thought that her first book, Bringers Of The Dawn was fascinating and important as the channelled work by Pleiadian intelligence focused a lot on the subject of DNA and how our original DNA was twelve separate strands, each strand corresponding to a level of consciousness as well as dimensions, where the corresponding consciousness would aggregate. The Pleiadians talked about a time when we were becoming to smart, too fast and had to be slowed down by an outside force that was far more interested in controlling our development than supporting and accelerating it. Thus, this is where we have the current version of our DNA, a double-helix, an infinite, yet tied loop that supposedly keeps us hemmed in to the current consensual space/time theater we occupy.

For The Pleidians and Marciniak, the way out, is the way in; the method to begin to uncoil The DNA is through various exercises, including dance, spinning, toning, etc. This made a great deal of sense to me and then one night, I went to see Marciniak channel her star pals in San Francisco and couldn’t believe how cold everything was. The theater was freezing and Marciniak’s message and demeanor weren’t much warmer. While I valued the info, I steered clear of Marciniak from that night forward.

I think the concept of tying off, or looping the DNA is an important one and intrinsically linked to the concept of longevity and our own mortality. Read the rest of this entry »

Is this our soul purpose for being?

Let us now return to the golden age of man, when demi-gods walked amongst us, siring celestial offspring, lending their longevity to our budding forms. Yes, we’re still hanging around Mesopotamia, The Fertile Crescent, where life literally sprang up over night. It’s here where Enki and Enlil, ambitious stewards of the planet are flexing their considerable muscles in oh so many different ways.

As we briefly touched on yesterday, Enki/Ea is most likely credited as being not just the creator god as depicted in The Epic Of Gilgamesh, but also of our current version of humanity itself. Enki ruled the Earth and with it the waters and seas as well. In fact he had dominion over all things fluidic, including semen and beer. Yes, Enki was a bit of a carouser, as well as humanities first, staunch, defender. Here again, I cite Enki’s entry at Wikipedia, which provides us with an insight into his nature and yields a very surprising discovery;

“Enki was not perfect, as god of water he had a penchant for beer and as god of semen he had a string of incestuous affairs. In the epic Enki and Ninhursag, he and his consort Ninhursag had a daughter Ninsar. When Ninhursag left him he came upon Ninsar (Lady Greenery) and then had intercourse with her. Ninhursa then gave birth to Ninkurra (Lady Fruitfulness or Lady Pasture).

besides the fact that Enki’s lust for creation went beyond the bounds of what we would consider normalcy (he was a God for God’s sake!), his connection with the water and the sea yields a fascinating clue about the titanic energy of Pluto in Capricorn, which has sent me down this path towards exploring our mortality and longevity, during this extremely potent transit. Again from Wikipedia, we glean this revelation into the symbolic representation of Enki;

“His symbols included a goat and a fish, which later combined into a single beast, the goat Capricorn, recognized as the Zodiacal constellation Capricornus.”

In essence, there is a very strong likelihood that Enki is Capricorn and in fact it has been noted that his skin resembled the scales of a fish. So here we are, delving into longevity and the epic age of biblical figures and Enki himself, manifest as Capricorn could provide us with an essential clue.

So who were Enki, Enlili, Gilgamesh, Ninhursag and all the other soap opera stars of 4,000 BC? As we have previously noted, Zeccharia Sitchin, in his numerous tomes regarding The Epic, Enki and the rest of the gang, has surmised that they are The Annunaki, dwellers of Niburu, a planet that is actually on a very deep, elipitical orbit, coming dangerously close to our planet, every 3630 years and in fact, Niburu roughly translates into “The Planet Of The Crossing.”

My good friend, Patricia Cori writes about this at length in her fascinating series on Atlantis, Nibruru and our own, modern political system/society. Through her work with intelligence of The Sirians, she unravels the tale of The Annunaki as essentially being inter-galactic miners and their sole goal and mission on Earth was to extract as much gold as possible. This theory is also shared by others in the more extreme circles of epic cosmology.

If indeed this was the case, the most logical conclusion is that through Enki, we were created to mine The Earth, essentially as slaves for The Annunaki. Enki had been charged with creating an intelligent workforce, able to carry out complex tasks and do the dirty work for the sky gods. But why gold? Why not silver or platinum? Why, of all the precious medals, was this the most sought after and highly prized? Perhaps the secret of longevity is buried within the shining confines of gold itself.

Throughout the ages, we have seen gold and it’s importance as a metal and commodity rarely diminish. It’s value has been always prized and mostly constant. From the middle ages, we see alchemists, working in secrecy, applying their metallurgic skills and philosophical insights into turning “lead into gold.” But what was that just a smokescreen, this commonly assumed mission of the alchemist and their art? What if they were actually starting with gold and turning it into something else? There are a number of modern alchemists including, David Hudson, who are exploring this very model on their own, through transforming gold into “monoatomic gold.” What is “monoatomic gold” what does it have to do with longevity and immortality and is it safe?

“Monoatomic Gold is the non-metallic, non-toxic zero-valence form of Gold. Monoatomic Gold is a high temperature superconductor[1]. It can be manufactured alchemically out of 24carat metallic gold.”

Ingesting MG for a period of nine to ten months is said to take humans into a realm of powerful psychic openings, kundalini awakening and more. However, there is also some controversy surrounding “MG” in that in actuality it is “monotonic gold” which is the real deal, while “monoatomic gold” is a false, or a fool’s gold in that it bonds with DNA in such way that it makes it nearly impossible for humans to awake from their deep slumber. Whatever the case may be, there is something powerful, very powerful locked into the sub-atomic nature of gold and Enki and his tribe were heavily invested in it, so much in fact that they decided to spawn a race of worker bees to mine the source of their life force. Handing the keys to the kingdom over to Enki proved to be a true mixed bag, because there is a school of thought that he did too good of a job and endowed his progeny with many of the same faculties that he and his cosmic brood also shared. Not only did Enki quietly gift us with stealth technology, he proved to be a fierce and loyal protector of his new species, much to the consternation of his angry and vengeful (sounding familiar?) brother, Enlil, who just wanted to maintain order and get better production out of their mining colony.

Tomorrow, we’ll look at the warring relationship between Enki and Enlil and how it has provided a blueprint for our constant conflict of free will versus God’s will, chaos versus order and space versus form.

Is this the profile of God?

To begin to understand the rise of Mesopotamia and what I would call, the birth of Eden, I think it’s important to have an astrological reference to anchor our association with that time and place. If we use 4,000 BC, with 3-500 years on either side to be our starting point, so 4500 to 3500 BC would roughly straddle two ages; Gemini and Taurus. We can see that the development of the wheel is critical in the age of Gemini (around 4300 BC) and movement, motion, motility, all things that we associate with that sign. But the wheel takes on even greater meaning as it becomes the rotating dias for ceramics and pot making.

The potters wheel is both the symbolic and actual bridge between the age of Gemini and Taurus as Taurus represents the elements of The Earth, including ceramics, mug making and earthen-ware. Much like the transistor is the technological symbol for the age of Aquarius, the potters wheel holds the same symbolic import for the time we’re looking at and taking that analogy even further, what are Adam and Eve sculpted out of? Clay. The stuff of The Earth, cast upon the potters wheel of creation. But who were the master potters and what were they creating?

The Epic Of Gilgamesh is one of the earliest pieces of writing to have been found. It’s an epic poem of creation, penned during the height of Sumerian culture, that recounts the genesis of this world. The main players are Gilgamesh, two thirds god and one third human. He rules over Uruk, an ancient city in the fertile crescent and what ensues under his reign is nothing short of a cosmological soap opera for the ages, out of this bloody struggle for power, control, sexual dominance and the first throw down between God and Goddess, two pivotal figures emerge; “Enki (Ea)” and “Enlil (Ilu).” They are warring brothers who do not get along. It’s fascinating to see the brother tale also manifest in the likes of Cain and Abel (Old testament)) and Pokonghpya nad Pokonongloya (Hopi creation myth) in just two other examples of this archetype. Keep in mind that we are talking about the cusp of The Age Of Gemini (brothers/sisters/twins) and The Age Of Taurus, form and matter. It’s also very interesting to note that Enlil was given domain over the air (Gemini) while Enki was tasked to rule over The Earth (Taurus). While The Epic Of Gilgamesh is replete with internecine power struggles between these god-like beings, some very interesting details begin to emerge about the specific roles that these two brothers played out.

A concise, yet telling description of Enki can be found at Wikipedia where the following traits emerge in The Epic are condensed:

“The main temple to Enki is called E-abzu, meaning “abzu temple” (also E-engura, meaning “house of the subterranean waters”"), a ziggurat temple surrounded by Euphratean marshlands near the ancient Persian Gulf coastline at Eridu. He was the keeper of the divine powers called Me, the gifts of civilization. His image is a double-helix snake.” Did you catch that part about the double helix snake?

Where else do we see this image? It’s in our very own DNA of course, discovered and understood by Francis Crick under the influence of LSD, but that’s a different story altogether. Enki, who later becomes Ea is the creator god of civilization and it is no coincidence that we live on his world (Ea-rth) as Ea loosely translates into “Lord Of The World.”

As we arrive at this point, there’s any number of directions that we can travail. There’s the work done by the controversial scholar, Zeccharia Sitichin who posits that both Enki and Enlil were members of The Annunaki and dwellers of Niburu, yes, that very same Niburu that some people are convinced is winging it’s way towards us as I type. There’s another school of thought (thoth) that Enki was a master geneticist and is actually the God who forms Adam and Eve out of the biological fusion of simian and alien DNA and that we are the progeny, not of evolution with the eternal missing link, but are the missing link itself, the descendants of star seed.

So the question becomes, if Enki/Ea is the creator God of our world, to what purpose were we forged and is there a link between the epic life spans depicted in The Old Testament and some earlier iteration of our DNA that might have been quickly altered by either direct or indirect intervention?

Talk about a long-lasting-marriage!

I think to truly understand the scope of aging and dying, it behooves us to go back to the beginning. My pal Twilight asked me if I was going to look at biblical ages in The Old Testament and that’s exactly where I was going to begin.

The fifth chapter of Genesis breaks down the ages of Adam’s progeny. Adam himself, based on Old Testament info lived to 930. Seth lived until 912, Noah, 950 and good old Methuselah, he stuck around for 969 years. Enoch lived to be 365, Lamech to 777 and then the curve really drops off. Terah clocks in at 205, then eventually we get to Abraham at 175, Joseph, 110, Samuel 111, then the all-too-human, David at 71 and finally Solomon, 58. By 600 BC, we’re locked into the physical cage of this mortal coil. Did the elders of The Old Testament really live that long and why does the curve drop off like a sand bar?

My sense is that the likes of Adam, Noah, Seth and Methuselah did live that long and that The Bible is a fairly accurate record of lives and ages.
While I am not a creationist, as you shall soon see, I tend to side with them on their record of life spans, for vastly different reasons that they would ascribe to. The critics of biblical record claim that a year in “biblical” or “old testament time” is different than our current cycle of a year. There may be some truth to this on some level, but not to the extent that one would take the ages of The Bible and divide by twelve months. To gain a greater perspective on the lives of Adam, et al. we have to travel back to 4,000 BC, which is where most biblical scholars place the father and mother of humanity.

If we take a brief census of developing cultures on Earth, we see a veritable explosion of development in agriculture, smelting, architecture and social order. In both Mesopotamia and Sumeria, literally, out of the sands of the desert, we witness very complex systems rapidly evolve. Almost out of the ethers, sailing, complex hydrology, civil law, mathematics, the potters wheel, the wheel itself and astrology, all emerge in a flash. Culture literally shot up up like wild plants along the banks of The Tigris and Euphrates. If we are to believe that Adam lived in 4,000 BC, then there’s probably a pretty good chance that he was either a Mesopotamian or a Sumerian, likely the former since of the two, it is the older of the cultures and is where the foundation of The Old Testament emerges; The Epic Of Gilgamesh. To truly understand the roots of the bible and perhaps to understand the nature of longevity itself, we need to have a more than just cursory look at perhaps the most important and controversial off all the creation myths, the one that seems to be the root myth for nearly every other story, replete with anti-diluvian morality tales and even clues for surviving and thriving in our own times.

Tomorrow, we’ll spend a fair amount of time with the likes of Enki (Ea) and his brother Enlil, creator gods from the stars and how they may have not only shaped the life spans of Adam and Eve, but might also have been the anatomical engineers of our very own biology.
