New Moon, Sag, and we must choose between holy optimism and the cross of cognitive dissonance, because things have never been better and worse. In the next 3,000 words and two other astrologers later, you’ll get some understanding as to why. I’ve asked Theo White and Molly Hall to share some text surrounding 12/21/12 and beyond. Yesterday, on my show, Navigating the Astrological Matrix, all of us convened for two hours and discussed the tenor of our times at a high level. If you have any interest in astrology and the things to come, you don’t want to miss out on this deeply informative roundtable. What makes it compelling is that it took place on 12/12/12 and the four of us roughly comprised a Cardinal Cross, William (Aries), Molly (Cancer), Theo (Capricorn) and myself (Virgo/Libra).
The skies are filled with positive energy, rippling through the Sun, Moon and Mercury. One of the most powerful attributes in Sag is the transmission of utter faith and the unshakable knowledge to know that one’s position is the correct one. Of course, these leads to a particular type of zealotry, which rears it’s ugly head, mainly in religion. The US ASC, which is Sag, based on the Sibley chart, which I use, is a perfect container for the type of religious freedom that has always been afforded to people moving here. In fact, the early Dutch were fleeing a land where religious freedoms were not only curtailed, but brutally punished.
It was here, in the US where “The Second Great Awakening” took place, between 1790 and 1820. In fact, the reformation which was started in Europe by the likes of Luther, Calvin and more importantly Jacob Aminius, a disciple of Theodore Beza, who was taught by Calvin, led to the charismatic movement that man could be “saved” through an ecstatic conversion, even though Christ had supposedly died for mans sins. This methodology gave rise to the charismatic tradition in the United States, which is now woven into the belief-matrix of the country as the fundamental default, for non-Catholic, Christians.
The Second Great Awakening gave rise to the revival movement, which exists to this very day. It spawned the likes of Joseph Smith, who attended revivals as a young man on the East Coast. In essence, The Second Great Awakening might be considered, in retrospect, the New Age of Christianity in America.
In 1790, Pluto was in Aquarius and the message was decidedly one of religious and personal freedom, liberating belief from the shackles of a systematic faith. By (subtly) re-inventing the process through which Christians could be saved again and again and again, Arminius and Calvin staged a religious coup of sorts, under the radical and transformational aspect of Pluto in Aquarius. This shows up in the US 3RD House of ideas and communication. What Americans prize more than any other thing, is to feel what they want without censure, even if it’s some far flung faith or ideology. This is amplified by the mutual reception of Mars in Gemini, giving the collective feeling one of almost radical consent. I mean where else would someone like Bill Ayers, who advocated the killing of people he deemed traitorous to the US, become a pillar of the new establishment?
This morning, I was on the phone with my friend Lawrence, a chemtrail watchdog in upstate New York. We were talking about how some people have a nearly violent aversion to waking up and we sourced how that for the most part, it’s people that are convinced that the country is on the right track, with the right leadership and the right programs in place to get us to a better day. That means the bulk of progressive America. But as we see, that bulk was really, only around 55%, if you can trust the data. That means that the country is split right in two, which is the goal by the way. Achieving some sort of harmony or unity, whether it’s on the right or the left is not really the endgame, well at least not right now. A divided house is a conquerable house and this is exactly what the father of social activism, Aquarian, Saul Alinsky knew, in fact, it was the pillar of his political strategy. Alinsky thought that if you could polarize people, then they could be moved. That programs and agendas could be inserted into the polarized and negative space. Little did Alinsky know, that this would be the very same strategy that scientists would use to insert radical genes into plants and thus create the genetically modified genome. By introducing a virus, the plant must split it’s attention to combat the virus and sustain it’s overall functions. In that split, the plant is polarized and thus distracted. That’s when the radical gene is inserted and the plant itself, doesn’t even really know. Its adopts it and adapts it under the white-gloved, sleight-of-hand. Now that’s not to say that it won;t have an impact 15 generations down the line, but in the immediate, the polarization allowed for a new program to be inserted.
As a nation, we have been socially engineered to operate in a bi-cameral chamber of belief. Perhaps, with Jupiter moving froward next year in Gemini, we might be able to recognize this to a greater extent, but I have my doubts.
So with the Sag ASC, the US became fertile ground for the charismatic tradition which has spawned a gazillion offshoots, some as wide ranging as Freemasonry and Scientology, to Islam and the arcane fusion of national identity and religious belief, Zionism.
By 1807, Neptune had moved into Sag and the revival movement was in full sway. In 1813, Uranus would kick into Sag as well, adding a radical fervor to the strange hybrids of faith to rise out of the collective soil of the new world. So as we the fires of Sag burn bright in the mid-winters night, know in your heart that faith is a real, spiritual commodity and how it’s shared is a personal choice. Can faith exist in an environment, where we must, periodically re-examine our beliefs? Or does our faith have to die and become re-born like the Phoenix when we discard outworn beliefs? I think we’re going to find out in the days to come.
In a post by sometime next week, I’ll get into 12/21/12 and beyond. But for now, let’s see how three, other astrologers view the upcoming portentous date and the year to follow.
MOLLY HALL (About.com)
“Let’s reconcile with our Creator and our Mother Earth, each one in our own way. For us the Maya will be with our Sacred Fire.” A message about 2012 (www.shiftoftheages.com/Maya-Message-2012) from Maya Elder Wakatel Utiw, translated as “Wandering Wolf” and known also as Cirilo Perez Oxlaj
Wandering Wolf warns about great suffering ahead if the human species continues in the same way, saying “All this is due to the contamination.” He urges an end to the poisoning of the air, soil and water – the very foundation of life. He says, “This is the only way the human race, the animals and the ancient trees could survive and see the new Sun*.
Astrologer-mythologist John Lash uses this word – contamination – to describe what he calls the western narrative spell (of 2012). But he makes mention of a striking coincidence — that the Hindu world age known as the Kali Yuga is said to have started on 3102 BCE, with the death of Krishna. And how very close it is to the presumed start date of the Mayan calendar, 3114 BCE. Like Wandering Wolf, he sees a confrontation here, at the extended end of an age.
Lash does heavy lifting – he lifts up the overlay – of religion and recent history – for his readers to see that it actually is, an overlay. That’s the first step after all. In an article called Countdown to 2012, Reflections on Kali Yuga, the Maya Endtime, and the Western Narrative Spell, (www.metahistory.org/END#144687C ) Lash writes, “The forces set in motion at the dawn of Kali Yuga are now playing out their final stage, the endgame of patriarchy, the global showdown for theocratic fascism. It may not all end abruptly in December, 2012. More like than not, it won´t die with such elegant brevity. But in the way we approach the designated moment, mindful of the historical trajectory that brings us to it, something crucial to ending the lethal spell of patriarchy could be achieved.”
This is one way the “end of the world” as we’ve known it, is real, as humanity chooses either life or death. It’s the end of the line for preposterous beliefs that place us outside the living Earth, but only in our minds. It’s a return to the source, Mother Earth, and knowing that we’re intimately a part of her living body.
And so, with all its contradictions, the 2012 phenomenon has opened for me and perhaps for others, yet another path of initiation. It has lengthened the timeline of my imagination and drawn me toward my own indigenous lineages, particularly the Celts. And the quest to know has led to unearthing lost legacies and civilizations, and the paradigm-busting reality of cycles of time. It has inspired dialogues about ways to live, and why we’re here, on a planet that’s clearly undergoing epic change.
The Earth itself shows signs of great cataclysm, mysterious underwater ruins and hugely altered terrain. Is the 2012 disaster meme stirring up ancient fears of epic destruction? And in encountering the cyclic reality of Earth, are the doors opening for us to reclaim our own indigenous, Earth-allied powers?
A parallel narrative to the cultural meme of 2012, one of ending and beginning, is the astrological one. The main aspect carrying us to 2015 is the waxing square of Uranus (evolutionary urges) and Pluto (seeds of deep transformation). Uranus is in the fighting fire sign of Aries, that shouts out “I Am!” And Pluto is in Capricorn, the earth sign of ancestral lines and legacies.
The anguish of the square, in its cardinal (initiating) mode, is a driver to deal with a critical crossroads – a fight for survival as creative beings. It’s about soul retrieval, of the indigenous soul with all its open wounds. The restrictive overlay must be broken through, to experience the self-sourced lifeforce of Aries, a vital and brand new current running through. And in that vulnerable, but supercharged state, there’s an urgency to act on instinct, and go with original impulses that takes us into unknown territory.
The magic is in the individual first steps — these bold creative acts that are self-authorized. It’s an individual journey, that of the Fool. It’s one where despite overwhelming odds and a status quo that’s trying to put out the fire, we stay true to that emerging self. Each soul that dares is a protostar, reanimating the universe with life.
The Power to Choose
If we spiral our focus into the big day, December 21st, 2012, there’s a rare Yod, or “Hand of God.” There’s the old familiar (and relentlessly thorough!) churning of Pluto (in Capricorn), along with Saturn in Scorpio, Pluto’s own sign of deep psychic churning. These are in a mutually bolstering sextile to each other, and each forms a quincunx to Jupiter (in air sign Gemini).
In the turning over the toxic dirt and psyche of our age, there are treasures and hidden artifacts to be discovered. The Yod, also known as a “Finger of God,” it is pointing toward Jupiter, and the future. From the deep realizations about power and energy matrices that hold us in place, Jupiter inspires with a banquet of choice.
The quincunx is a hard-to-reconcile aspect, suggesting that it’s tough to leave the past behind. But a flash through the cracks shows us that what appears as solid, inevitable and “the way things have always been” is breaking down anyway. Jupiter is the matrix-buster. It’s a cosmic alert to get out from under the overlay, and breathe the fresh air.
The New Sun
Are you feeling a sense of being “on the verge?” Many I know feel unsettled, and this is mirrored by the instability of the Earth’s processes – weather, seismic activity, and the magnetosphere. Something is happening on a grand scale – the most hopeful myth is one of rebirth. But let’s pace ourselves, because this is a long labor.
Here now, and at every winter solstice, the New Sun is born out of its alignment with the galactic center. The Sun passing through the Milky Way is a powerful symbolic image, and the great river of stars would’ve been visible to the Maya and other ancient cultures. There’s a dark rift that’s the yoni portal, the starry belly and the pulsing heart of the galaxy.
In this pre-2012 era, the book I’ve turned to time and again is Dr. Christine Page’s 2012 and the Galactic Center, The Return of the Great Mother. She writes that the Maya foresaw the birth of their fifth world, as the Sun moved across the opening of the galactic center
This myth is about coming full circle, at the end of a great age, and getting right with creation. Dr. Page’s narrative mirrors what’s happening “as below,” with the re-emergence of the feminine, as a divine presence. After a long and terrible time of separation, it is a reconciliation, like the one Wandering Wolf calls for in his 2012 message.
As Winter Solstice nears, can we meet the moment with a pure heart? It’s about giving the feminine space and room to breathe, being receptive and following Jupiter’s lead that day, to trust in a higher order. Can we shake off the overlay of fear, cynicism, overstimulation and over-intellectualizing that crowds out the moment?
What messages will come through, as the Sun, Earth’s life-giving partner, aligns with the galactic center? Beyond the 2012 question, it’s an encounter with the center of creation, and its infinite possibilities. It’s a cosmic door thrown open, and a not-to-be-missed moment, in a greater age of awakening from spells, and finding our native power.
THEO WHITE (GlobalAstrology)
“The year 2008 entry of Pluto into the cardinal sign of Capricorn along with the ingress of Uranus into cardinal Aries in 2011 brought to a close a 42-year period that began in the year 1969 for a dying oligarchy and their children – the Baby Boomers.
That 42-year cycle had been defined by the inter-generational war between parents and children since the late 1960s. It was at that time that Uranus entered tropical Libra.
Uranus, in effect, has come ‘full circle’ as it is now ready to enter the opposite Sign to Libra and that is the Sign of Aries.
That 42-year history – 1969 to 2011 – was filled with the cultural, economic, geopolitical and social conflicts that were powerfully inherent and played out between the oligarchy born in the 1920s and 1930s, and their children of baby boomers, born in the 1940s and 1950s.
Ideology was the basis for this conflict.
It played out throughout the world in diverse ways, but always at odds with one another in black and white terms, with both generations choosing to ignore the many gray shades in between.
In the United States, a kind ‘compromise’ in this ideological war was struck in 1977 with the amnesty pardon of the Vietnam War deserters by then U.S. President Jimmy Carter.
The Baby Boomers returned to cultural life in the United States after 7.5 years of ‘dropping out’ – but the ideological war picked up again in the 1980s and then ended by the early 1990s when the boomers became the new establishment in that decade.
Uranus had transited six (6) signs over this 42-year period between 1969 to 2011 – spending seven years in each Sign – Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces.
The oligarchy is represented by the generation that has Uranus in Pisces and Pluto in Cancer. The oligarchy born during the 1920s and 1930s have been experiencing their Uranus Returns and transiting Pluto is opposing their natal positions. They are passing away.
The Baby Boomer generation has Uranus in Gemini and early Cancer with Pluto in the Sign of Leo. They are now at the end of their time as the establishment.
The failure to notice, or even accept, the passage of time and aging has led to the baby boomer generational ‘dysfunction’ becoming more or less ‘maladaptive’ – as it spread through world society during the boomers’ time as establishment.
This is why this generation has been acting out. They know they are losing clout by the mere progression of time – of world transits – and so they have freaked out.
That is the reason why they want to push things unnaturally, out of order, so as to feel as if they accomplished their plans – which is called a ‘new world order’
That ‘order’ has led to the economic crisis which began in 2007-08 and that by the end of 2012 has seen many nations on the verge of economic collapse with the social and geopolitical upheavals associated with it.
Pluto’s transit in Capricorn represents a kind of ‘globalist group’ – a cadre of cold-blooded, old and outworn oligarchy – that falsely believes they will live forever. It is a disease of a generation that is godless.
Those behind the scenes continue to behave in ways that clearly show that they do not want the future to develop naturally, as it should, but with the continued interference of globalists who believe that they can “create” the future.
It is the same old tired mantra of history:
“Everyone wants to rule the world.”
But in reality, no one ‘rules’ anything.
One cannot stop the Sun from rising, from culminating, or setting anymore than one can stop the planets from performing their functions, or to make the Earth cease revolving around the Sun.
The only ‘power’ globalists have had has been to cause turmoil, tensions, disruptions and destruction.
But what is really happening is a replay – of the past.
The actions of this dying oligarchy are that of desperation.
In reality, Pluto transit in tropical Capricorn is a planetary ‘Phoenix Bird’ that reveals the crumbling and burning to ashes the outworn political and ideological structures of the 20th century.
The ‘phoenix’ of our historical era could obtain new life, a new structural form, as it arises from the ashes of its outworn predecessor – the late 20th century.
What the burning of Pluto’s ‘phoenix’ in Capricorn gives rise to is truly what is at stake in the early 21st century.
The forces of global change – the Cardinal Crisis – are reflected by the outer planets. The main inclinations of these cardinal forces on our Earth come about by means of Uranus’ squares from Aries to Pluto in Capricorn during the Twenty-Tens that will culminate at the end of the year 2020 in a “Cardinal Climax.”
How that ‘climax’ ends – and the shape it shall take – will depend.

And if this is just beginning to pique your interest, I highly recommend that you listen to our 12/12/12 Roundtable available below.
One of the greatest devices of derision is the ad hominem attack. It was employed by Saul Alinsky and his disciples to perfection. By the way, remember Sandra Fluke? Rush Limbaugh? Last time I checked, he was still on the air, but it did give people a strong dose of raison detre, hitting the send button with vengeance and purpose on FB, as Limbaugh awkwardly waddled through the gauntlet. But that’s another story. Back to the ad hominem stratagem.
It kind of works like this; Person A says, “911 was a lie.” Person B overhears it and says, “Oh, you’re just a nutty, truther-birther with tin foil underwear” Without even hearing their arguments there’s a slam, a personal affront, mockery and an attack on their character.
Here’s another example. The same guy says, “Everything seems to point to the Israelis doing 911. There were the dancing Israelis that were pulled over by New Jersey police because they were seen doing the Hava Negila on the roof of their van while watching Manhattan burn. They were filming the event as well. After being held for a month, they were eventually allowed to go free and return to Israel, where on Israeli TV, they admitted that they were working for the Mossad. Then of course, there’s Odigo, Dov Zakheim and the missing trillions from the Pentagon, etc.” The other person says with whiplash tongue; “Oh you’re just an anti-semite.”
That’s how the game works.
The only way to win is to stay on point, stay calm and and keep presenting the facts. This goes for almost any situation. The challenge is, is that most people are deathly afraid of anger (theirs or someone elses) or rejection, so that staying clear, calm and focused in a discussion can be extremely difficult, especially when there is social charge.
This is why the “truth” movement is important. Its not necessarily about wielding excalibur and slicing away at the lies and illusions, but it is more about the process itself and where it can lead us, which is why I believe that its a vital force to be nurtured and supported.
The truth movement is ultimately a spiritual movement or one that gets us closer to understanding our own truth; who we are, why we are and where its all headed. It might start with the “Creature From Jeckyl Island” then veer off to the “Protocols” and the “Committee Of 300.” Somewhere all notions of history become obliterated and blurred, realizing that the victors were the ones that wrote it. And here we are today, doing our very best to perform surgery on the mechanical guts of the beast with pen knives and darning needles. Whether its Obamas birth certificate, the NDAA, HAARP, Fukushima or the Gulf, truth is the name of the game.
The truth movement is a catalyst and not necessarily an end, in and of itself. I really don’t see us returning to some agrarian version of Jefferson’s commonwealth with really cool computers or networks, though it sounds mighty pleasant to me. Let’s face it, the corporate state is not going to unclench its savage jaws, just because a few of the unwashed masses camp out in open spaces.
Ain’t gonna happen.
Do you think Monsanto will simply shut down its mad plan to mutate every single plant genome on the planet and thus own it, since they’ll have the rights to the patents on very vegetable or fruit? Do you think that the likes of the Rothschilds, Rockfellers, et al are all going to wake up tomorrow and suddenly grow a conscience? That’s the truth.
This is Pluto in Capricorn baby, this is their time and they’re going to put one foot on the accelerator and the other on your neck as they drive over you in the luxury coupe of their choice.
Agenda 21 is getting cranked up as a new wave of foreclosures are about to hit, while the jobless rate ebbs closer and closer to record lows. The days of brand new sub-divisions are over, done. Builders aren’t getting tax credits for the sprawling burbtopias of the 70′s, 80′s and 90′s. Not only that, but cities and counties will not get federal funds for services for new developments either, so even though a builder might go it alone, dauntless, with deep pockets, there’s zero guarantee that they’ll be able to get emergency services out there. Its all being supported to build mixed use, pack’em and stack’em condos in urban spaces.
This is the future.
Most people, especially, green people don’t want to hear it. That’s not the kind of truth they want to listen to. Did you know that green is the devil’s color by the way? Money and envy share the green. I bet the apple that Eve bit into was a shiny green Pippin.
The green movement is built on deception which is Nick’s stock-in-trade. No I am not knocking treating this planet a little more respectfully, I am in favor of it. But while most “greenies” will recite scenes from Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” they’ll stick their fingers in their ears when you talk about chemtrails, or corexit, or Fukushima’s ill winds. For most greenies, what’s really going down passes for a much more convenient truth. But I’m getting away from the real thread of this post. You see, we may never get to the bottom of the rabbit hole or pull the fleshy masks off the perps to reveal their scaly under-armor.
The truth movement, either by design or its inherent psychic architecture will lead the lead the individual into deeper spheres of wisdom and knowledge, where the world is meta and we vibrate higher than the crushing gravity of consensual, ignorant, uninformed, reactive, reality of platitude chirping robots.
Getting to that truth has never been more essential and perhaps its never been more available to so many either, which is frustrating given the lockdown of the media, from the top of the pyramid downward. To this day, some people still sadly believe that FOX, MSNBC and the New York Times matter.
Astrologically, we’re approaching the arrival of Jupiter in Gemini, which is the opposite of Jupiter in Sag, the most kick ass placement there is for Jupiter I might add. Jupiter in Sag takes on the big picture, while Jupiter in Gemini expands in the details, the micro to Sag’s macro. Jupiter in Gem is trivial pursuits on Adderol. Its dime store novels and in the modern world, an expanding, unending universe of apps.
The USA has Venus in Gemini in its chart. We love tabloids, game shows and the New York Times Sunday crossword puzzle. Expect even more of this with Jupiter in Gem. The “66″ girls, aka the Kardashians just signed a three-year-deal for their show. Talk about Jupiter in Gemini!
But as spaceship Terra drifts ever closer to the path of the galactic center on 12/21/12, Jupiter in Gem will begin to oppose the deep degrees of Sag, where the galactic center pulses the electro plasm for the entire universe. We’ll be challenged by the enormous amounts of trivia, data, information and disinformation. Sorting through the details will be a full time job with Jupiter in Gem.
Gemini is also the sign of spycraft and deception will be stock in trade. Did you notice that CISPA, the internet surveillance bill just passed the house? Its a precursor to Jupiter in Gemini.
We won’t suffer from lack of information, in fact, we’ll be flooded with it. But information doesn’t always add up to wisdom and knowledge.
The truth movement is important because its related to being free. We can’t have one without the other and when we get right down to it, the only way we can be truly free is if we’re truthful with ourselves, ruthlessly rooting out the crap that keeps us from flowing, being open to the moment and saying “no” when its appropriate and even mandatory. Truth and freedom lead to personal sovereignty, which is the most divine state any of us can attain. Personal sovereignty equals Godhead.
The systems around us are corrupt. The people we are supposed to trust are mostly bought and paid for. They’ll fall on their own accord when we all get down and own our own truth movement, then simply find others that have done the same. That’s the only way I see this change taking place. The labyrinth of the truth movement descends into the core of the self. Its an inner journey that we impose upon the outer and as we get ready to align with the galactic center in Sag, those that are ready, willing and able to embrace the truth will be in the perfect spot. Those that aren’t, well, let’s just see how misaligned they are. It won’t be pretty.
On today’s show, I ranted on this topic and more. You can listen below.
Just who the hell is Nicki Minaj? Seven days after she appeared onstage with Madonna at the Super Bowl in the “Give Me All Your Love” portion of the halftime ritual, she showed up at the Grammys wearing a scarlet hooded gown, accompanied by a faux-pope on the “red” carpet. That was just a little morsel, a mere crumb really. Minaj would later treat the world to a big, heaping slice of steaming crap disguised as devils food cake later in the show. Let’s be clear. Her demonic little fantasy starring her alter-ego, the tortured gay artist inside her, Roman Zolanski is really more like bad dinner theater. People are crying out that this is some sort of satanic send up and in some ways it is, but this is nothing more than the treacle of a spectacle. This is the Disney version of the devil. Its laughable and yet, its seven days after the more insidious half-time-rite from Indianapolis. So we have to pay attention on some level.
Before we look at “Roman Holiday” let’s get a sense of Nicki Minaj, both from a historical perspective and a rather interesting astrological one.
Minaj was born in Saint James, Trinidad as Onika Tanya MIraj, 12/8/82 or 84. The eighth of December is pretty interesting in the light of Minaj’s flirtation with possession and satanism. A quick look at some people born on 12/8 raises the eye brow just a little.
First, there’s The Lizard King, Jim Morrison, who had his own courtship and ragged history with possession and trance states. Morrison saw himself as Dionysus.
Another 12/8 birthday is Sammy Davis Jr., who was an avowed satanist. Being Jewish was mostly a front for “The Candy Man.”
Then there’s Sinead O’Connor, who had her own spat with the Catholic church, just as Minaj is having now.
Lastly, there’s also Flip Wilson, who was known for his cross-dressing alter ego, “Geraldine” whose famous line was, “The Devil Made Me Do It.”
Now we can safely add Nicki Minaj to the birthday party.
John Lennon was murdered by Mark David Chapman on 12/8/80.
“The Feast Of The Immaculate Conception” the day that Pope Pius the IX declared Mary to be sin free from her time in the womb onward is marked by 12/8 as well.
Birth years are conflicting for Minaj. Astrotheme has her listed both as 1982 and 1984. E-Tarrochi 1984. Wikipedia, 1982. The ’84 birth date makes more sense than the 1982 date, since the Moon would be in Gemini opposed her Sag Sun. Exactly. That opposition in Sun/Moon would manifest in the dark and personality splitting relationship between her father (Sun) and mother (Moon). To say that she grew up in a challenging environment would be an understatement. According to Minaj, her father drank, took drugs and tried to kill her mother by setting their house on fire.
Children/people often have to adapt to this kind of stress by compartmentalizing their personalities. Minaj did just that by creating her alter-ego, “Roman Zolanski” an angry, gay, thwarted, artist. She did this as a child. She also created Roman’s mother as well. Here again, we see the split between the Moon (Mother) and the Sun (Son). Her performance cum exorcism at the Grammys was three personalities on display; Minaj, Roman and the Mother. You can hear the fake and clipped British accent in the track. That’s Roman’s mother telling him all the things he needs to do in order to be normal. Nicki Minaj is a classic schizophrenic at the very least. Does schizophrenia cross over into possession? Perhaps. But there was something too controlled and contrived about the Grammy performance to indicate true possession. Nicki however is a true alter, her personality broken into pieces by the collateral damage of a traumatic childhood. Now, she’s like a wind up doll. A Barbie.
At the time of the Grammys, the Moon was in Scorpio, emotional gateway to the underworld.
Whitney died on 2/11 or eleven twice (1111). The Staples Center where the Grammys were held is at 1111 Figueroa St. February 11th is also “Our Lady Of Lourdes” day. Its the day that Bernadette had the vision of the Virgin Mary at Lourdes, thus honored and venerated by the Roman Catholic Church. Want to know what Madonna’s daughter is named? “Lourdes.” In fact she is “Lourdes Leon.” Leon is Leo/King. Madonna has been hyping Lourdes as the incarnation of the Universal Mother recently.
One of the things that really struck me was how the Super Bowl ritual was filled with light, even taking place at “Lucas” Oil Field. It was a pure, Luciferian light show. Fast forward to the Grammys, seven-days-later and Minaj, the through line between both events, indulges in Satanic dinner theater. At the end of Madonna’s rave up, she’s singing about “prayer” and the choir is dressed in black, while Minaj is trying to give birth to the spawn of the devil, her choir is dressed in white. Here we have the forced reconciliation of opposites. But this is nothing new. The Luciferian/Satanic one-two punch has been around for ages. In the 60′s it was personified in music by the Beatles (Luciferian) and The Stones (Satanic). One might ask what the difference is?
Lucifer is about ascent (ascension). It is brilliance and the lesser light, typified as the God of this world, the creator of Atlantis, the plumed serpent. There is an attempt to break free from the gravity of this plane of existence through aspiring towards the lesser light. The whole of the new age is built upon the foundation of this belief system. Satanism/Satan is a wholly different beast. It is about being caged in the body for eternity–think about being trapped in form forever. Its drudgery. Slavery. Blake’s satanic mills. Relentless. No escape.
I’ve typed at length before about the “Law Of One” vs “The Sons Of Belial” as they relate to Atlantis and ultimately Freemasonry and the different branches. “The Law Of One” as either secret ideology or metaphor, is roughly translated into allowing the people to rule themselves without much interference. Ron Paul would be an expression of “The Law Of One” as would the founding fathers, which Paul sees himself as an extension of. This is in the Luciferian camp.
“The Sons Of Belial” believe that humanity is incapable of pulling that off, so we need to be managed and managed hard. Here we have the heavy hand of Yahweh ready to smack us down. Keep us in our place. These two manifest also as Enki and Enlil in the “Epic Of Gilgemesh.” Enki, plays the role of Lucifer who loves his creation a little-too-much. Enlil doubles as Yaweh, the foreman of the planet who cracks down on humans when they get slack. Both are ultimately forms of control. One extols the virtues of rebellion in order to be free. The other promotes slavish obedience. No wonder we’ve been so fucked up for 5,000 years on. We’ve been torn asunder by two poles of extreme ideologies, by mostly-well-meaning if deeply flawed aliens on an extended mining mission. Talk about cognitive dissonance!
Here’s what I find really fascinating in the light of all this. So guess who has partnered in a joint clothing venture called “Material Girl”? Lourdes Leon and Kelly Osbourne. I kid you fucking not. The daughter of the Luciferian (light) madgewitch (Thanks Ellis) teams up with the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne (the prince of darkness), one of rock’s most notorious devils, founder of Black Sabbath. You can’t make this shit up.
Lourdes just shaved the right side of her head, which in Islam is called the “Taqsir.” This is done as part of the last stage of pilgrimage. The event that follows the “Taqsir” or “Halq” is the sacrifice of an animal or the stoning of it. Now I’m not saying that she shaved part of her head as part of Whitney’s sacrifice (I would never besmirch Islam), but the timing is fairly interesting to say the least.
I also find it interesting that while Nicki Minaj drags the fake Pope to the Grammys and then does a mock exorcism for “Roman,” Obama has been jousting with Roman Catholics all week around birth control and the real pope finds himself in a bitter power struggle as more scandal leaks out of the Vatican. Apparently there’s a schism in the leadership of the Church revolving around banking and who the hell knows what else.
One of my readers, Audra brought up a really good point. She, like many others are noticing that the Madonna/Minaj events are getting more and more obvious. More and more people are waking up. But quite frankly, they couldn’t be making it any easier really. The question is why? Are we validating their paradigm, even though we seek to decode and disassemble its influence on our lives? Are we unwitting co-conspirators? Are awake souls far more juicy to harvest than slumbering ones? I’m just throwing it out there. And if that may be the case, then what do we do? Maybe its time to consciously look the other way, or hold up the mirror so that Medusa (Media/USA) finally turns to stone.
Venus and Mars oppose like two magnets in the void of space. In between the poles of celestial duality a magnetic field opens, a portal for the great mystery emerges on 2-1-2-1-2. On todays show, Camille, a caller from the Bay Area shares an amazing tale of the birth of her daughter on 12/7/11.
Completely unbeknownst to her, she had been carrying a child for eight months, without showing, without any kind of physical impedance. In fact, a week before her delivery, she had gone on a four-mile-hike.
On December 7th, Pearl Harbor Day, she took a bath and saw her stomach literally balloon before her very eyes. There was discharge of fluid. In a state of bewilderment, without family, she called an ambulance. Thirty minutes later, she gave birth to a baby girl, “Cebelle Aphordite” five pounds, four ounces. She had ZERO labor pains.
What’s fascinating from an astrological standpoint was that Jupiter was conjunct her natal Chiron in Taurus (exact), in the fourth house. The mass of Jupiter revealed the hidden aspects of Chiron, literally waiting to give birth.
Naturally, her daughter’s Sun in Sag resides in Camille’s 12th House, conjunct Camille’s natal Neptune, submerged in the depths of the house of mystery.
Lastly, Camille has Saturn in Leo, in the 8th House, where the labor (Saturn) of birth (Leo) is obscured and hidden until the very last moments.
What’s ironic is, is that Camille had actually seen a TV special on the very same phenomenon during her term.
She has no family but now that her daughter is on the scene, her True Node in Scorpio (death and birth) on the cusp of the 11th, has opened up a new, virtual family, who have provided clothes and other baby goodies for the surprised new mother.
Listen in on for what sounds and feels like a modern version of an immaculate conception and at the very least, an immaculate reception.
As the last rays of the Sagittarian Sun dissolve and bleed into Capricorn, it seems timely to post last weeks interview with Linda Kohanov, founder of Eponaquest and author of “The Tao Of Equus” a groundbreaking work on the relationship between humans and horses. Along with the best selling “Tao” Linda has also authored “Riding Between Worlds” and “The Way Of The Horse.” Next fall, her fourth book on equine magic, “The Power Of The Herd” will be published across all formats.
I decided to reach out to Linda and have her on in the aftermath of Interior Secretary, Ken Salazar’s decision to lift the ban on killing horses in the wild and allowing slaughterhouses to once again, kill, butcher and pack horse meat for human and animal consumption. This was initiated under the sign of The Centaur. Linda’s concern is that it opens the gates to raising horses like cattle and destroys their literal and symbolic nature.
On 12/25, Stephen Spielberg releases, “War Horse.” It is based on the novel of the same name by Michael Morpungo, who heard the tales of soldiers from Devon who fought in WWI. In his research, Morpungo estimated that ten million horses died during the war, both in battle and slaughtered for their meat.
As Russia and the US swing their intercontinental ballistic flaming phalluses across the forbidden interzone of the missile shield, is “Warhorse” a symbolic precursor for something more ominous, such as Albert Pike’s lurid vision of a Third World War?
The horse (Sag) has taken us to the foot of the mountain. As the Capricorn Sun awaits us, its one foot in front of another as we ascend.
Sometimes light pours through the smallest of cracks during the darkest time of the year. This is the celestial season of the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, where in our darkest hour the light begins to seep back into our awareness and linear time with incremental advance. Most times its too subtle to tell, but it is there, gradual, second by-second, minute-by-minute, hour-by-hour, day-by-day. Soon, we are swimming in the (lux)ury of radiance and the dimmest of days are behind us.
In my last post, it might have seemed that these are days to be gotten through and endured. Make no mistake, I think our greatest challenges lie ahead, some sort of reckoning lurching towards us in the season of night. Something Titanic (To be re-released in April of 2012 in 3D).
What is the most audacious act of social, civil and religious disobedience you could ever partake in? Is it squatting on the outskirts of Lloyd Blankfein’s summer estate? I’ll tell you what it is; It is loving one another. It is acting as though the person in front of you is the most sacred being on the planet. Its listening with full intent while another speaks. Its seeing through the steely wool gauze of chemicals and metals in our sky and realizing that we are flying through space, wheeling amongst stars at incredible speeds, voyagers on a breathtaking cosmic journey. It is knowing deep in your heart what is right and wrong and living from the conviction of that place; unimpeachable congruence as an agency of wisdom and truth. Its honoring and standing up for those that can’t. Its seeing the divine in the most wretched and despised of our species, yes, for even the smallest spark dwells therein. To affirm and decree this is the most outrageous and courageous stance you can take. Its affirming that you are alive and have been given the chance to test yourself against the crushing gravity of these times.
Before the Sun shifts from Sag to Cap on the solstice, we can tap into the exuberance and optimism that is the beneficent font which flows ceaselessly from the archer of vision and insight. When the Sun shifts, a sober, saturnine appropriation of our affairs and the world shifts with it. The high-flying benevolence of Sag moves into practical application. Capricorn becomes the stage for enacting sagacious strategies. Here, there is no loss of momentum, only a continuum, a wheel of evolution, cycles of being that we can integrate at its every turn. Give thanks and praise to all that’s God and good and prepare to move to the next level.
It was December of 1989. I was in Ocean Shores, Washington. It was Christmas Eve. I had been up late with Mad Max, a consultant. We talked about the nature of psyche and the shamanic experience. He went to bed and I stayed up for a while watched the scene from the Vatican, the one that had been played out thousands of times before. A year earlier I was midnight mass tripping on E at Grace Cathedral, newly engaged and feeling like anything was possible. I traveled on a photon beam through time. I was the baby Jesus. I was the straw in the manger. I was the lambs bleating their ancient song. I was the starlight in the cold clear eve of a new age born. I was the approach of magic on camels through the silent night. That was then. A year later in the heart of my Saturn return in Cap in my 2nd House, it was rough sledding. I was restless. The Seattle winter was cold in more ways than merely physical. I struggled to find meaningful work, caught in the riptide of a local backlash against Californians, I felt like I was living in quicksand.
After Mad Max went to bed I pondered the concept of faith, God, all things eternal and my soul. Something strange and very uncomfortable occurred. A voice came to me, well more than a voice–a voice and a presence. It essentially said to me that “If I could let it all go and surrender, that I could be at one with God in my conscious awareness. This was not some sort of generic, New Age, universal oneness trip. It was clearly personal and felt very “Christian.” As I lay in bed, my semi-naked wife next to me, in the hush of the night, I was being asked to give it all up. I had no guarantee if I’d still want to be with her, or if my goals would remain the same and if the world would hold the same meaning as it had. It felt like a conversion moment. I thought about it. I liked my edge. I liked my ego. I liked the drama of duality. I could not say goodbye to the “little i.” And then, the moment passed. The angel moved on.
MuteMath, one of my favorite bands has just released “Odd Soul” their third and best album. I’ve been playing it non-stop since I downloaded it last week. Sonically, it’s amazing. Songs like “Blood Pressure” and “Walking Paranoia” are fueled by muscular funk, riding the hot rails of rapid tempo shifts and air-tight-time signatures, whomping baselines and sweet harmonies. They’ll throw down 70′s jazz fusion, pro-rock, North African rhythms, Cajun shuffle, all in one song. It’s inspiring and breathtaking. They take huge risks sonically and thematically. Born again Christians, Odd Soul is at once an affirmation of their faith, (see the cross on the lapel in the CD cover art) and a deep query regarding the roots of that faith. They’re not taking anything for granted. They’re working it out in sound. Its dynamic, frenetic and inspiring. Perched between the expectations of their charismatic traditions and the secular marketplace, they’re carving out a deeply respectable niche as brilliant musicians, fixed on an uncompromising vision. I cannot recommend their latest work enough. Its helping to push me through patches of dead space and the growing shadows of despair.
In many ways, their music/soul is reflective of Neptune and Chiron in Pisces. They, along with Tim Tebow are giving Neptune/Pisces/Jesus a new slant that feels transcendent. Tebow apart from his offseason Summer job, shearing foreskins from indigenous people is one of the good guys. Yeah, he sings hokey songs about God and points upward like most believers do when something important happens, but there can be no denying the essential nature of his goodness. Each game he plays, he flies a child with a serious illness to the game and puts them up at his expense. He brings them to the game and onto the field and talks to them. He meets them after the game for more connection. Bash him if you will, but if you don’t think we need more of this type of care in the world, Christian or not, well, I’ll say my own little version of a prayer for you.
Neptune and Chiron in Pisces fleshes out the failure of faith, especially in the realm of false profits/prophets and in its wake something profound, holy, sacred and untouched by the degradation of the world can emerge. Maybe that angel from Ocean Shores has circled back today and is spreading its message on virtual wings.
How much would you be willing to let go and surrender for peace and an unshakable love in your heart?
Its recently come to my attention after close to three years of blogging and breaking it all down, that we need a new vector, a different approach. All of the symbols are out in the open. As SB 1867 passes and the troops return home, there is a feeling of endgame in the air and yet I am giddy. I am filled with an optimism not truly fitting for the tenor of our times. There’s a new spirit coming and its going to surprise and lot of people, even so-called “true believers.” When it calls, listen very carefully.
“Blood Pressure” by MuteMath from Odd Soul uploaded by them on this writer’s birthday.
Sometimes realities merge with blinding clarity. Other times, there are fuzzy overlaps that induce eternal chuckles of delight. Occasionally they intersect with forehead smacking irony. I think I’ve just stumbled upon one of the latter.
Over the years, I’ve hung out with channels, consorted with friends and lovers directed by guides and master teachers. I’m pretty convinced that the closest I ever got to realizing such an etheric fraternity was being initiated into astral travel, rather violently, by the spirit of Ernest Hemingway. But I have little doubt that I am in touch with agencies far beyond my mortal ken, or I could not do what I do when I read for people. I am always amazed by the process and the soul dialog that ensues between myself and a client. But this is no high falutin’ discourse on the esoteric exchange of thought into matter, and yet some sublime hidden hand pointed me towards a metaphysical revelation that had me in hysterics. It involves none other than Jeff Bridges, birthday boy, Sagittarian; The Dude.
For some reason, I stopped everything I was doing the other night and re-watched “The Big Lebowski.” I wanted to see if the Coen Brothers were really just indulging in a So-Cal, BOHO, picaresque. In essence, was there anything deeper going on beneath the frothy head of a White Russian?
First off, from a strict astrological perspective The Dude is Sag. He’s avuncular, free-spirited, sloppy, non-judgmental, stony, whimsically ironic, philosophical and even political, sort of. In the true spirit of Sag, he fucks up, falls, and somehow lands on his wobbly feet again. Just when it looks like he’s toast, providence rescues the Dude, even if its just a temporary respite. Sag Bridges is spot on in his Sag-like practice of the “Tao of Dude.” But then weird layers begin to emerge. I kept asking myself, why would “Maude Lebowski” played by Juilanne Moore, who is also a Sag, born on 12/3, just one day before Bridges, 12/4, want to have The Dude’s child? In a strange bit of synchronistic oddity, their natal sun signs are almost exact. In the film they also share the same last name. Aside from the coincidence of both sun signs, what’s going on with the Lebowski/Lebowski, supposedly non-related birth connection? Are the Coen brothers hinting at the selection process of bloodlines in the Big Lebowski? Is this why Maude/Julianne Moore chooses him? Who is “The Dude” anyway? Read the rest of this entry »

My English doppelganger, Darren Williams, delivers angles, asides and observations from his perch in LIverpool. Darren is a two of clubs as am I (the conversation card) and hails from where my grandmother was born and raised. Darren's observations from the world of sport, esoterica, music, the BBC and film are top notch.
In this drop, he breaks down the BBC TV show, "Stella" and while it looks like a basic, run-of-the-mill Britcom, Daz unravels the codex magica within the seemingly mundane, casting a LED spell across the UK's airwaves. To read more, CLICK HERE.
