Wall Street Ground Zero, A Personal View, Massive Cardinal T-Square Off In Action

America in contrast.

I was at Ground Zero on Wall Street yesterday. Though it might be a bit pre-mature, I felt like I was witness to history in the making. In a square, not far from where “The One World Trade Center” is erupting into the sky, a ragtag group of old and young, left and right, black, white and variant shades in between were assembling into some sort of vastly intelligent and hyper-cooperative entity. I was struck by the raw, primal, tribal, yet highly cordial immediacy of it.

At the center of it all was a space carved out for speakers to address the crowd. They would say a line and the entire crowd would repeat it, word for word, so that everyone could hear what was being said without amplification. This method of conscious mimicry arose when early on, as dissenters and agent provocateurs began heckling and shouting down the speakers. The crowd simply responded by creating a conduit of voices to speak over them. The event hackers have since dispersed.

In just eleven days, a tent city (without tents) has sprouted up from the cracks. The food situation has evolved from pyramids of peanut butter jars, to a full blown kitchen, feeding and supporting the crowd. They now have their own media center and a live feed of the event, (not covered by the mainstream news) which can be witnessed, 24/7. The call and response to the outside world has been revelatory at times. Word goes out over Twitter or the live feed channel that people are hungry and within 20 minutes pizzas magically manifest. Drummers bang out a steady beat on the periphery of the square. They’re the drums of war, the human heartbeat of change, the pulse of creation itself, rising up from the concrete jungle, where fortunes and futures are stalked and hunted down like lunch on a daily basis. Something big is afoot. People are waking up in the middle of an intense T-Square between an army of planets in Libra (Sun, Moon, Merc, Venus and Saturn), Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Scorpio. It’s a perfect storm.

Libra wants fairness and accountability. Libra wants equilibrium and justice for all. Uranus in Aries is opposing most of those planets. Saying Uranus in Aries is a mixed bag, is like saying Lady Gaga has a penchant for obsessive, self-promotion. Uranus in Aries is instant war (just add some powdered nuclear fission and shake well) as well as radical uses of technology to rapidly awaken the masses. Twitter was touted in the decidedly mixed color revolutions of this past Spring and Summer. That’s Uranus in Aries in action. Power to the people in 140 characters or less. Well, more or less. You get my drift. Uranus in Aries is also the unsteady moorings of all those nuke plants curiously placed on fault lines or at the mouth of the great mother ocean. It’s genius in the blink of an eye and destruction at the shrug of Atlas, twisted and torqued by sub sonic frequencies and artificial interference.

The key to this opposition is to integrate both energies. All that Libra is just heartfelt sentiment and frustration in the void without anyone to witness it. And here you are, right now, availing yourself of the instant reportage, brought to you by our sponsors at Uranus in Aries. U in A needs the human conduit to organically tap into its fierce, synthetic array. In Blakean terms, its the “Marriage Of Heaven And Hell.” The there’s Pluto in Capricorn, the third part of this dynamic trinity.

Pluto in Capricorn is the rise of the corporatocracy. Its TARP. Its the dismal and likely scandalous failure of Solyndra, the abandoned love child of the Obama administration, now being subpoenaed and combed over by by investigators. Its the unholy fusion of big business and big government. Its “The Beast.” The pressure on Pluto in Capricorn is being exerted from the wings, bearing down on it, forcing to react like a senseless machine. Anthony Bologna, a NYPD sergeant detective was caught on video sadistically macing an unsuspecting and non-confrontational woman. This might be the squirt heard round the world.

Within 24 hours, Anonymous had posted every detail about Bologna’s life, including his kids, their schools, etc.. I’m not sure how I feel about this. We take zealous umbrage when the all-seeing-eye invades our privacy, are we not a lesser version when we do the same to a psychopathic pawn in the game? Might it not be better served by taking that kind disclosure up about a dozen levels?

The night before, over dinner, we tossed around the merits and demerits about undressing the personal details of Officer Bologna’s life. My pal Mark, “The Trotsky Of Howard Street” rasped in his mephostophilian, tobacco-scorched, South Africanese, “Its all about turning the tables man, we can’t have true freedom without true force.” He cackled after he took a swig of his Stella, “We’ve got to take it to the man!” I felt like it was 1969 (even though I was only nine). But that’s Libra hooking up Aries, squaring off against Pluto in Capricorn.

Speaking of South Africans, one of my long time readers, Diastella just sent me a comment about my last post on “Quantum Peace.” Here is what she said in response to idealistic Americans; “I am disturbed that these very sweet and beautiful Americans that I am meeting can be part of such a ruthless and mindless destruction of innocents. Is it because the enemy is invisible? There is no target? Aaaarrrrggghhhh.” Well I can honestly say that that notion of America and its passive genuflections on the benign nature of the universe is transforming. Wall Street and what’s happening there is indicative of that. I found people sucked into that vortex that days ago were just curious passers bye and now they’re staging open mics, or attending spontaneous workshops erupting on the periphery. But the amazing thing is, is that this isn’t just money and the economy people are TALKING about, in real time, face-to-face fashion, they’re breaking down Monsanto, GMOs, 9/11, endless war, homelessness, its all on the table, or rather on the square.

America seems to be finally waking up from a long, extended state of collective somnambulance. Its awkward and in its own way, uniquely American. The feeling at Ground Zero was anything but grim. It was urgent, alert, a little edgy, but not grim. A cheery 18 year-old-girl I met had been camped out there from day one. Burdened by 10K in student loans in her first semester of college, she knew that the game was rigged and she would be paying it off for years after graduating, if she could even find a job. Undeterred, she goes to class in the day, while a friend holds down the mattress and she returns at night, while doing it with a sort of ebullience that only youth can deliver in the collapse of empire. If she were my kid, I’d be pretty damned proud of her.

But here comes the caveat moment. A lot of people coming to this are very new. They’re getting their heads cracked open (in a good way) for the first time. Its vital that they get good, solid, clear info. Enthusiastic chaos is the perfect state to insert new (diluted/deluded) programming to the unsuspecting. Identifying the “one percent” is just the start. We’ll need to get more specific on many fronts, if we want to bootstrap the planet from the center of our hearts.

Just down the street from Ground Zero, is Trinity Church. You might recognize it from Nick Cage’s symbolic orgy, “National Treasure” with its catacombs, secret chambers and iconic relics. Trinity was “gifted” to New York by King William III for a purported thirty bushels of wheat. Its currently undergoing a renovation. Its slogan, “A Church For The New World.” They may as well tear that sign down. The real church of “The New World” is down the block and has no walls. The holy sacrament is pizza. The liturgy is the assembled voices of the defiant, the dispossessed, the devout and the determined, chanted again and again and again. The sacred music is the relentless yet loving heartbeat of the mother, beaten on plastic buckets and exotic drums. I was just there and I gotta tell you, I felt the holy spirit.

The Libra New Moon, Quantum Peace And The Spontaneous Rise Of Instant Buddhas

Can quantum peace be yours?

The New Moon joins a veritable party in the sign of Libra (Sun/Merc/Venus/Saturn). The ability to hit the re-set button in relationships is very real, but Libra is a cardinal sign, so it will take some initiation. Someone has to make the first move. The beauty of this stellium is there is a unique ability to hear/feel the other person, with a fair amount of objectivity, but not so much that there’s a stratospheric detachment that keeps people in touch with their feelings. The biggest challenge to experiencing world peace is Pluto in Capricorn and Uranus in Aries, creating a T-Square of epic proportions. Is peace a quantum experience? Can we get to it without working through endless issues and grievances?

In the western tradition, peace is granted and blessed through a direct relationship with Jesus Christ. This is the quantum peace that is available through the Christian experience. There is no dogma, no ritual, just pure surrender. It can be argued that this is what Jesus (Sananda/Yeshua/Emmanuel) the historical figure espoused, that we can get to peace, but it would take a full and total surrender. This might be one of the greatest mysteries and perhaps misinterpretations of our time.

The core of Jesus’ teachings take place in the symbolic language of the parables. There are 37 in the canonical gospel and 13 outside of them, appearing in the Didache and letters of the Apostolic Fathers. Here we see the direct teachings at work in very indirect ways. While they are not on the same level as koans, there are a number of symbolic levels and interpretations that are inherent in the teachings. The most direct expression of this surrender or in this case, an actual transaction happens at the soul level in Matthew 13:44. Here a man finds a hidden treasure buried in a field and then sells everything he has to buy the field. It’s a metaphor of course for the kingdom of heaven, or in this case, what we might consider peace.

Again, the whole idea or concept is the idea that there can be a direct connection and once established, it can happen in a moment. Its not clear if the man that found the treasure did so immediately. It would seem that there had been some digging, some searching involved in the quest, which, if we’re all honest with ourselves, that’s what we’re all doing. However, when achieved this on one, level, becomes an expression of quantum peace.

When we look at other traditions, that moment is also demonstrated.

In the Buddhist tradition, peace it seems is related to the freeing of oneself from the state of samsara, which is the realm of suffering and illusion. This is a lifelong path on the quest for peace and the state of Bodhi, which is often described as “perfect sanity” or the “nature of the universe” revealed. Inherent in Buddhism is a type of cognition in the knowing and achieving of inner states, especially peace. There are serious levels of attainment, and yet the buddhist nature in and of itself would seek to disentangle itself from the idea of attainment. Here we see one of the paradoxical dynamics involved that sets up a yoga for the mind; Attainment without striving. The most immediate peace for the Buddha mind is the understanding that this world is nothing more than illusion. I know scores of people on the West Coast that make this their mantra. Its quite popular amongst the Goji Berry eaters of Marin County. But there too lies the great paradox. Go rob a bank (even though banks are robbing you) and see how much of the world is an illusion if you get caught. Get my drift?

So the Buddhist must be onto something else, a more refined version of illusion, like maybe that the sub-atomic nature of matter is really a prismatic projection of consensual thought or maybe that the world is run in ways that we don’t fully comprehend or understand. That maybe all governments are really just filled with figureheads doing the business of men in the shadows, always just outside the public purview, unless occasionally one of them should be sold out by one of their accomplices; think Bernie Maddoff and Jack Abramoff (somethings off) with those guys. Or perhaps they had the vision and the insight to travel into the future and could see a group of people hoarding technologies of light, far in advance of those around them, literally occupying distinctly different versions of the universe; one yoked to petrochemical drama and the metal ghosts of the 20th century, the other reenacting the golden age of Atlantis, skipping through time and space, nearly at will. Perhaps this is what they meant. But does any of this add to your quotient of peace on this New Moon?

No matter how its spun, we live in deeply chaotic times. Countries and now continents are on the brink of financial insolvency. It was revealed just days ago tar Israel has over fifty bunker busters that the U.S. recently sold to them, which means that they are likely to use them at some point to bust some bunkers, likely in Iran, which won’t fold like a bedouin tent at the first hint of a color revolt. How does one find and dwell in a state of peace while all of this is going down in a static field of cognitive dissonance?

For me, peace seems to be a moment-to-moment experience, gauging who I am and what I am doing by being as conscious as possible. Its incredibly liberating when the ego can let go and see where it clings and holds onto its tenuous position at times. Can we, as a planet click over into a quantum state of deep and abiding peace? Is the realization of that peace equal to the amount of love it takes to ground it?

Maybe its a flaw in my programming, but since I was a young child I knew that humanity was destined for great things and that we could achieve levels of oneness and brilliance in ways that other generations could never had imagined. I still hold this to be true. In the time of the New Moon in Libra, take one moment to be as a child and realize that you are in the arms of a great, loving force that supports the deepest and most profound aspects of your nature, truly bringing gifts that you were destined to share in this lifetime and add to the great mosaic of life. Then imagine yourself as a wise parent and do something to support that child and its gifts to your very last breath. I guarantee you, that if you do this, no matter what happens, you’ll be able to sleep at night and that might be the biggest barometer of peace there is. The rest? Its out of your hands.

If you manage to do this, without any teachers or outside intervention, this would qualify you as a “pratyekabuddha.” According to Buddhist lore, many pratyekabuddhas can emerge in an age at a single time. Perhaps this could give you some solace as well, knowing that there are millions out there just like you. Whether it’s God or others that confront the dark illusions of this realm, know that you are not alone.

More Pluto In Scorpio, Ke$ha’s Piscean Sheen And Black Moon Lilith In Aries; Collective Anger Of The Denied Feminine Principle

The eyes have it.

While Babylon only needed one whore, America, apparently needs millions of them. This was the impression I got when left the carnival of degradation aka Ke$ha’s live show last week. I met up with some old friends from the music biz. One of them was in the sponsorship game and had tix for the velvet rope party where Ke$ha’s “team” as one perky, forty-something-blonde from a major sponsor called it, gathered.

While people tried to pour as many free cocktails down their gullets to wash down cardboard meatballs and gelatinous chicken satays, I stayed clear, having eschewed alcohol over the past few months for a new buzz; lucidity. What I witnessed had me second guessing my decision to stay dry. It might have staved off the cloud of depression that followed me like a shadow, all the way through my darkened dreams later that night.

Reverse the tape. I’m in front of the Fox, waiting for my friend Marv. I got there early for the soft parade and get some audio for my radio show. I saw girls between 13 and 22 dressed in hot pants, come-fuck-me pumps or candies, fishnets or bare skin, torn tees and cleavage. It dawned on me that I was witnessing the seamy trickle down of twenty-years worth of incessant pimpified and ho-rific thrusting to our brains with militarized beats, over and over again. These sad little tarts are the socially engineered offspring of one, dirty, mind-fuck. It wasn’t just teen age girls dressing like street walkers that were noticeable. This scene is accessorized by young, gay males with faux-hawks and light S&M wear. Strangely enough, some girls were accompanied by their mothers, who probably thought that the lesser of two evils was attending the show, versus allowing their daughters to view the vileness on their own, or God forbid, not allowing them to go at all and risk alienating them.

As I sat down and began to process and type this post out, I had the TV on in the background. NBC kept showing previews for one of their latest Fall offerings, “The Playboy Club” which debuted las night. Its obviously an attempt to cash in on some Mad Men retro-styled-fetish, but it also is yet more fodder for the shameless whoerification of the nation. Under the guise of edgy and cool, we get to see the genesis of where it all began; The suburbanization of porn. But let’s return to the scene of the grime and get into some astrology.

As I outlined in a previous post regarding Kreayshawn and Tyler, the Pluto in Scorpio generation are very different when it comes to morality, which they are doing their best to define on their own terms, but are seemingly flailing in a moral void. As I noted earlier, these kids have lived in a post-911 world. Their life has been one, long orange alert. From the ages of 9 to 21, they’ve seen security measures increase exponentially, year-after-year. They’ve witnessed four wars, wars without any end in sight. The horrors of Abu Ghraib have scarred their hearts. Now, just as many of them are about to enter the work world, America is shutting down and they’re burdened by enormous student loan debt. Unlike the students of the 90’s, these kids are now competing with other kids and even adults in places like China, India, Malaysia, Korea and Indonesia for jobs. I can sympathize with their “I don’t give–a-fuck” tude. On some level, nobody it seems gave a fuck about them.

The main subject of this post, Ke$ha hails from LA/Nashville. KeSha (or”Kiesha” a star in the nine-star-ki) is the oldest of three children. Her doppelganger is the much older, but painfully childlike Kiesha Crowther aka “Little Grandmother” who also seems to be shall we say, ‘tightly controlled.” Ke$ha’s a Pisces (3/1/87). She shares the 3/1 birthday with none other than Justin Bieber. Her debut CD, “Animal” later renamed “Cannibal” has sold over two-million-copies. In an age of piracy and single downloads, two mill is huge. Her biggest hit, “Tic Toc” has garnered over 69 million views on youtube. It features her waking up in a suburban bathtub, hungover/drunk, brushing her teeth with Jack Daniels and blowing off her parents at breakfast, to hit the streets, looking for that non-stop party! Images of a dysfunctional America abound. Near the video’s end, she’s shaking her booty in front of an upside-down American flag. At the very end, the flag has been reduced to a ragged ankle wrap. The deconstruction of America as a fashion statement is a big part of Ke$ha’s costumery. Soundscape For Neptune Opposed Mercury, The Upcoming Pisces Full Moon And The Fires Of Texas

Let it rain.

Sunday, the Moon moves into Pisces, rising to fullness on Sunday night. Neptune in Aquarius is opposed Mercury on the critical anaretic degree. We need water in Texas to offset the scorching heat of the fires and epic drought, not too mention Rick Perry’s hot air. I decided to post this track that I did about two years ago. Its a sonic paen to water, rain and a psychedelic journey into the rainforest. This is for Texas and all people needing spiritual and emotional relief in times of drought on all levels. Thanks to Daft Ada for the inspiration.

Exploration Of The Nodes And Live Readings: Navigating The Astrological Matrix

Node to self.

Last Wednesday, on my show, “Navigating The Astrological Matrix” I talked at length about the North an South Nodes. The are I focused on most is “purpose,” as exhibited by the North Node. It turned out to be a really dynamic show and I did two live readings. This recording will give you some real insight into the dynamics of nodes and personal destiny as well as giving you a real sense/feel as to how I go about doing readings for clients.

September Scopes For All Signs And The Year Ahead For Virgo

Do you really know Virgo?

I am here for you. I am here to do my best and guide you through the gray and yellow fog of paranoia and anxiety that is gathering at the rim of our awareness. I know you can feel it. Sometimes its visceral and tangible, headlines like, “Zero Job Growth.” Maybe its a deeply disturbing film like Contagion nicely timed of course to go along with new and novel strains of bird and pig flu re-emerging. Or maybe its the white elephant in the room. You know what I’m talking about. Twin towers. Pentagon. Shanksville. Yep. That elephant. Warnings, murmurs, whispers. Small planes as weapons. Lets add some Elenin/Niburu doom vibrations while we’re at it. Am I leaving anything out? Rick Perry? There’s always Syria and maybe Algeria or quite possibly Iran.

Can we fast forward to Christmas? Can we get through “September Regurgitation” and “October Surprise”? Those are two menu items I would assiduously avoid. Well, since I have not yet perfected my “Rupture Rapture” technologies for anything larger than a field cricket just yet, I’ll have to do my very best to pull the words out of the ethers, align them into an expansive context and load them with as much multi-dimensional meaning as I can. The rest is up to you. If you find a portal in a sentence somewhere, I suggest you step through it. Perhaps you’ll discover something that will make you laugh. Laughter is a tonic. Don’t pass it up at any cost. Humor is a wave that will transport you to the farthest shore. If this realm is not the most surreal, twisted and sublime cosmic joke ever dreamed up by a grinningly foolish God, well you’re just not paying close enough attention. God is fool and I mean that in the most sacred and divine sense.

So if you can find that rip in space or a deep cosmic laugh that starts about an inch below your navel, then keep your head down, take lots of vitamin C and D and keep moving. Zig and zag like that young Mayan warrior in Apocalypto, across the killing fields and into the protective shadows of the jungle. Its all real and it isn’t. Isn’t that just a knee slapper? All right. Enough preamble and pontification. Lets get down to the scopes babies. With the purity of Virgoan intent, I offer you my service.
